This V2.0 LaTeX template is prepared for article submission to the journal Physics and Astronomy Reports (PAR) of Istanbul University Press. The template works in two submission modes: referee and archive (as arxiv). Authors are required to use only the referee mode during the manuscript submission phase. The archive mode is designed to allow authors to upload an accepted manuscript to any archive site.
